12-12:30PM: GUEST ARRIVAL

There will be no parking at the venue. Instead, please park at Lewes train station and either walk to the venue or use the shuttle service provided by Pelham House.

Once you arrive, feel free to grab a drink. The bar closes at 12:30PM, giving you plenty of time to walk to the Goring Room and take a seat before 1PM.

1:00PM: CEREMONY

The main event! We ask that you don’t take any pictures or videos during the ceremony. A professional photographer will be capturing all of the special moments.

1:30PM: DRINKS RECEPTION & CANAPÉS

Congratulate Mr Summers and Mrs Huynh-Summers with a drink. We’ll be taking photos in the garden afterwards - be ready for when we call you up!

3:30PM: SPEECHES

Take a seat in the Blencowe Room and get to know the guests on your table. The speeches are about to begin!

4:00PM: WEDDING BREAKFAST

Tuck into the delicious food prepared by the team at Pelham House.

6:30PM: EVENING GUEST ARRIVAL

If you’re arriving in the evening, park at Lewes train station and enjoy the short stroll to the venue. We can’t wait to see you!

7:00PM: FIRST DANCE

Let’s get this party started! Once the first song is over, jump onto the dance floor and show us your best moves.

8:00PM: EVENING FOOD

Some extra fuel to keep you partying the night away!

11:30: BAR CLOSES

Your last chance to grab a drink from the bar. Final orders will be taken at 11:15PM.

12:00: VENUE CLOSES

It’s time to head to bed! Thank you for attending and making so many magical memories with us.
